Ongoing Technical Assistance
The Colorado Parent & Child Foundation provides a variety of technical assistance to its programs to ensure high quality programming.
The Colorado Parent & Child Foundation, in coordination with HIPPY USA trainers provide on-site technical assistance and fidelity monitoring of Colorado's HIPPY Programs. In addition, CPCF conducts compliance site visits with program sites to ensure compliance with grant regulations.
In 2008-09, CPCF developed and implemented the PAT Quality/Fidelity Initiative. This Initiative includes an on site fidelity monitoring visit, feedback from the Fidelity Consultant on areas of strength and improvement, and the development of a continuous improvement plan. Depending on the needs of the program, an on-site Quality Consultant or Peer Exchange may be provided for further assistance. In addition, CPCF conducts compliance site visits with program sites to ensure compliance with grant regulations.
